1. Prepare ingredients to recipe standards (chopping, portioning, labeling)
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations
3. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
4. Assist kitchen team with daily tasks as needed
5. Cook menu items according to recipes, plating standards, and timing
6. Assist with prep work and closing duties
7. Previous kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate
8. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
9. Hourly $18-19.
10. Shift 5am – 2:30pm.
