Busy, high-volume bar seeking experienced Bartenders and Servers who can handle both coffee service and bar operations, as well as assist with private events.
This is a fast-paced environment. We are looking for reliable, skilled, and professional team members.
All shifts available – must have flexible availability.
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting
* Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and cocktails
* Maintain speed, accuracy, and cleanliness during service
* Assist with setup and execution of private events
* Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Handle POS, orders, and guest interactions professionally
* Maintain clean and organized workstations
* Follow opening and closing procedures
Requirements (Please Do Not Apply Without These):
* Previous experience as a bartender and/or server
* Basic to strong barista skills (espresso + milk knowledge preferred)
* Cocktail knowledge and ability to handle volume
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Flexible availability (mornings, nights, weekends, holidays)
