We’re looking for a driven, experienced, and energetic manager to join our team at one of Astoria’s most exciting sports bar & lounge concepts. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, sports, and creating memorable guest experiences.

What You’ll Do
• Oversee daily operations across bar, lounge, and kitchen areas.
• Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring smooth shifts and strong teamwork.
• Build and manage weekly schedules for front and back of house.
• Monitor and place inventory orders for bar and kitchen supplies.
• Work with ownership to develop and execute creative events and promotions around major sports games and weekends.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, DJs, and suppliers.
• Be tech-savvy — comfortable using POS systems, spreadsheets, and social media tools for operations and marketing.
• Stay on top of sports schedules and trends to keep the venue active and relevant.
• Assist with kitchen oversight and quality control during service.

Requirements
• Proven management experience in a bar, restaurant, or lounge setting (2+ years preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Highly organized, reliable, and proactive.
• Passionate about sports culture and creating a fun, engaging atmosphere.
• Available to start training within two weeks.
