Our bar features a curated collection of over 750 whiskies from around the world, alongside an extensive wine list and a cocktail program rooted in both classic technique and modern creativity. Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented bartender who thrives in a high-standard service environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about spirits—particularly whisky—comfortable guiding guests through a deep beverage program, and capable of executing both classic and house cocktails with consistency and precision.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve classic and house cocktails with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations from our extensive whisky collection and wine list
• Engage guests with genuine hospitality while maintaining a polished and professional bar presence
• Maintain full familiarity with the bar’s spirit inventory, cocktail recipes, and seasonal offerings
• Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization meet high operational standards
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with bar prep, batching, and restocking
• Verify guest identification and maintain compliance with all alcohol service regulations
• Work collaboratively with the service team to deliver seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
• Minimum 2–3 years bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale bar or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, whisky, and wine
• Passion for learning about spirits, distillation, and flavor profiles
• Ability to confidently guide guests through a large and diverse beverage program
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills
• Ability to remain calm and organized during busy service periods
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Experience
• Prior experience working with extensive whisky programs
• Wine knowledge (formal training or certifications a plus)
• Experience in craft cocktail environments
