NOTE: one of the built-in powered subwoofers is not working. It does power on but produces no sound, so it could be an easy fix. The other powered subwoofer works as it should. The base board of one speaker had a slight sag but has been fixed. Condition is consistent with age, with normal cosmetic wear.
The main speaker sections on both towers are fully functional, so they still perform perfectly well as a stereo pair. Even with one powered sub out, the setup still delivers solid low-end performance since bass is non-directional, and the remaining working subwoofer is enough to fill out the sound nicely for most listening setups. Each speaker’s subwoofer can be switched on or off independently.
