These are Factory Terminated (not DIY), which is a huge plus for signal reliability and build quality.
Why these cables?
The Type 6 is a legendary "Double Star-Quad" cable. If you have speakers with four binding posts (like B&W, KEF, or Vandersteen), these will significantly open up the soundstage compared to standard zip-cord. The LGC copper provides a very smooth, musical sound that vintage AudioQuest is famous for.
**Also have a matching 7-foot speaker cable for center channel.
Specs & Terminations:
- Amp End: Gold-plated Banana Plugs (2 per cable).
- Speaker End: Gold-plated Spades (4 per cable for Bi-Wire speakers).
- Lengths: One 10-foot cable and one 13-foot cable.
