Growing construction company seeking experienced superintendent.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily field operations
- Coordinate crews, deliveries, trucking and equipment for multiple projects
- Ensure accuracy in craftmanship and each project is built per specifications/plans
- Commitment to job site safety
- Oversight of daily record keeping
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience
- Experience with asphalt, concrete, excavation, site development preferred
- Ability to lead crews and problem solve
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Valid drivers license
- English and Spanish preferred but not required
