KidsEL Daycare in Flushing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Ballet Teacher to lead a weekly class for children ages 2–4. We are looking for someone reliable, professional, and committed to working with us long-term (minimum 1 year).
Responsibilities:
Lead a 40-minute ballet/movement class once a week.
Introduce children to basic ballet positions, rhythm, and movement through playful and age-appropriate activities.
Create a positive, safe, and encouraging environment for young children.
Requirements:
Ballet or Dance background required (degree or equivalent professional experience)
Previous experience teaching young children is strongly.
Must be reliable, friendly, and energetic.
Minimum 1-year commitment required.
Resume required
Portfolio or short teaching video required (showing ballet instruction, preferably with children – phone-recorded videos are fine)
Schedule & Pay:
Once a week (Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon, 3:00 or 3:30 PM – fixed schedule)
Compensation: $120 per class
Payment issued monthly
