Introducing our newest innovation, the RAM Low-Floor Side Ramp Wheelchair Van. This van is like a larger version of your typical side ramp minivans only a lot bigger inside. The van holds 2 wheelchairs and 5 passengers at the same time making it completely Medi-Cal and Medi-Caid Compliant and N.Y.C. DOT Compliant.
The van is a 136" Wheelbase Low Roof RAM 1500, this van WILL fit in most Underground Parking Structures unlike your Medium Roof Transits. With our lowered floor design, entering the van whether on foot or in wheelchair is very easy.
We've equipped these new RAM vans with all of our latest in passenger Safety Tech. Along with our Standard Interlock device, we've included our new Seat-Link system. If a passenger attempts to unbuckle during a transport, the driver gets a visual and sound warning indicating that a passenger has unbuckled mid ride. All rides are logged into the computer and kept on file in case of a claim. This device protects you from frivolous claims. The vans are also all equipped with a 360 Camera system with overhead and lane change assist views.
Price is Very Competitive when you consider that you will be eliminating all down time involved with Hydraulic Lift Maintenance and frequent Adjustments since this van is equipped with a Manual Ramp. We also offer a Power version of this side ramp as well for municipal applications.
