A well-established Food Manufacturing Commissary company located in Long Island City is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented B2B Customer Support Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity for the holiday season for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing orders, and supporting business clients in a fast-paced production environment.
The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and well-spoken, both read and write, with strong verbal communication and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Process and track B2B food orders, ensuring accuracy and delivery timelines
Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate records of client communications and orders
Support the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks as needed
Provide excellent service while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused personality
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Experience in B2B Sales, Customer Service, Food Manufacturing, Logistics, Hospitality, or Office Administration is a plus
