Vetro Restaurant and Lounge is seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen and back-of-house environment. This is a part-time role with variable hours, requiring flexibility and availability during peak shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, floors, and equipment
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools
• Empty trash, recycling, and food waste
• Assist with restocking and organizing supplies
• Support kitchen and service staff as needed
Requirements:
• Must be available on weekends and holidays
• Ability to work flexible hours and varied shifts
• Long periods of standing and walking
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• English / Spanish (preferred)
Hourly Rate: $16.50
Schedule: Primarily Thursday through Sunday. Hours vary based on operational needs:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM. Must be flexible with hours, including weekends and holidays.
