Always in the past didn't have too many problems with highway, but was mostly doing it without an ELD, doing ELD exempt.
The company did evolve, change ownership, etc, and that was all taken care of, aside from 1 phone number still lingering around..
The problem is , for a few months, nearly all the loads , it shows up Failed assessment etc. Loads were often done in the past for companies that used refrigerated trucks, but not all loads were refrigerated, so often did get the load, etc. That's just one thing.
The fact is nothing seems to go through, which is very strange, and wondering if some settings is wrong? Or how do I get all this working better. Everytime , going to highway, it's always losing a load..!!
