Full Service & Restoration
This machine was restored following Sewing Machine Rehab’s process (Jen’s Featherweight YouTube series).
• Disassembled: handwheel, needle bar, presser bar, thread take-up, tension, stitch length control—cleaned inside and out
• Feed dogs, throat plate, hook, and foot polished
• Motor disassembled, brushes and commutator cleaned, re-greased
• Entire machine oiled and greased
• New belt installed
I also used a car-grade polishing compound to bring back the shine—something most shops won’t do. This level of cosmetic restoration would be an extra cost if you bought a machine needing work.
