Responsibilities:
Demolition, mitigation, and restoration of residential properties damaged by water and/or mold
Ability to be part of a team and be a team player as Crew Chief
Complete mitigation jobs in a timely and professional manner
Ensure that projects are completed in an established timeframe and meets the customer’s satisfaction
Ability to work with a wide assortment of tools as well as specialized drying equipment
Comfortable working in confined areas such as crawlspaces and attics
Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines
Must to speak Spanish and English
