Vintage Raleigh. Tires are good. Has 3 speeds that work properly. Wheels are straight. Brakes work. Brakes do not rub. But rubber pads are old and hard. Stopping distance is long. Needs new brake shoes. Bike is rideable. I just took it on 5 mile ride on cross island bike path. It was fine. I would not hesitate to ride it home. Folding screw is very tight and needs to be righted hard when putting together. Very comfortable upright riding position. That being said. I am sure bike woud benefit to have bike shop clean and lube it up and adust everything.
