Pursuit frame from the 90s.
Effective top tube is about 55cm; seat is about 53cm; standover is 30.25". I am 5'6 and i rode this fine. Would fit better for a taller rider.
I dont know who the frame was made by, but at some point track dropouts were added and frame repainted professionally with all decals and logos under clear-coat. There is "Excell Tubing" decal, but i have no idea if it in fact represents the tubing. Excell was a French tubing manufacturer and tubes would be Columbus SL level. Very high quality frame and repaint. There are no dents, just paint wear.
Pure fix wheel-set both wheels are 700c with schwalbe 25mm tires. Stonglight Mygal 165mm fixed gear cranks. Rest of pretty parts pretty basic. Seat-post needs a shim to stay tight and probably needs seat post bolt threads re-threaded, as the bolt slips at some point.
