VISION:
Seeking a unique creator who lives at the intersection of "old school" craft and "new world" tech.
Not simply someone who can type prompts into a box; but a trained photographer who understands the physics of light, the nuances of focal length, and the principles of composition, and can translate that expertise into high-end AI-generated imagery.
WHAT:
Conceptualizing & Generating: Using Midjourney (or Stable Diffusion/DALL-E 3) to create photorealistic assets that look like they were shot on a Leica, not a computer.
Art Direction: Applying your knowledge of lighting (Rembrandt, butterfly, high-key) and color theory to refine AI outputs.
Technical Refinement: Utilizing in-painting, out-painting, and upscaling tools to ensure final renders are "client-ready" and free of "AI artifacts."
Post-Production: Using Photoshop to bridge the gap between the AI generation and a polished, professional photograph.
GOAL:
A Photographer’s Eye: You have a portfolio of traditional photography. You know the difference between a 35mm and an 85mm "look" and can replicate that via prompting.
Midjourney Proficency: You are strong at v6+ (or current versions), understand --ar ratios, --stylize parameters, and know how to use reference images to maintain consistency.
Problem Solver: You know how to fix the "uncanny valley" and can make AI skin texture look like actual pores, not plastic.
Efficiency: You can iterate quickly and take creative direction like a pro.
