Misprint Edition: 1 of 1 (cut into two different sizes)
These rare set of books belong to the Esquire Magazine Family & Company Library. David A. Smart, Alfred Smart.
During the late 1950s these books were purchased at an estate auction and later stamped by the winning owner "Edward W. Seltzer".
These books were removed from the original archive because of the misprinted error.
They are filled with American History, Advertisement, Fashion, WW2 Artwork, Varga Pinup Girls and WW2 propaganda.
All the original gatefold Varga Pinup Girls are intact including the calendar and cut-out cards. Only one Varga girl is damaged - split down the middle.
During the 1940s only three collections were available in existence.
Other Esquire Company Books have a name printed (company member) and cut into a smaller size (1930s Red Leather-bound) .
Please check the last two photos for the current archive shown by "Design Sponge".
More information can also be found on the Washingtonian Home & Style section.

These books have been authenticated by collectors and curators.
They are not a custom order or personalized Holiday Gift.
The misprint error is a clear indication that these books originated from the company & family archive.
