Original Vintage 1950s Frederick Weinberg MCM Iron & Formica Lighted Room Divider Shelves
Bold, with subtle lines, this 1950's lighted room divider works well as display shelving too - Needs TLC

As is and found in my in-law's house. The light socket needs to be replaced because it was completely cut out at some point in time.
In fact the power cord is still there; running though the back of the piece to the bottom. This kept the clean, sleek lines of the piece from and avoided the visual distraction of a dangling wire.

BUT the VERY 1940s-1950's parchment shade is in Excellent condition with no rips or tears.

The formica shelves are removable and are a subtle grey line abstract against a white background. Instead of a center shelf, like the few others I have seen, this one has a stamped metal "basket" in the center.
It is 50" x 54" x 12" d

I am not asking for anywhere NEAR that price (mostly due to condition)
