The frame is highly ornate with gold tone gild. It has a string on back ready for hanging.
The oil painting itself is in excellent condition. However the top of the stretcher is getting loose from the frame. Also there are a few small paint chips to the frame.
Selling cheap due to the flaws. It may be a simple fix to fasten the stretcher to the frame, but I will leave that to you. Or you just hang it the way it is. ...You can also re-frame it with your favorite style of frames.
