Fall will be arriving soon. What could be better than that. I am looking for people looking for a relaxed run/walk buddy. I have bad knees so I can run a block or two then walk then run a bit. I know not so great but I can walk for hours. If you think this might interest you let me know. I am a soon to be 64 year old male but I don’t look a day over 63. I prefer a female or a group and if you work in Lower Manhattan we could even walk during lunch. My goal is to walk over 5 million steps this year so if you want to join me I would love to have you.
