An Accounting firm is looking for an Experienced Bookkeeper to join their exciting and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of related experience within an accounting firm. Responsibilities:
• Maintain monthly bookkeeping, complete bank reconciliations and payroll reconciliations for various clients
• Analyze Sales; Prepare sales tax returns
• Generate financial reports from QuickBooks
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy
• Perform general account duties
Qualifications:
• 5+ years, including experience in Accounting is a plus!
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material in a professional manner.
• Proficient in Quickbooks is a must. Knowledge of Sage is also a plus!
• Must have knowledge of Payroll and be able to reconcile payroll in QB.
