White string lights (Christmas lights) -- needs fix (East Village)

About 20-25 feet long.
IMPORTANT!!
Needs either a new fuse or a bulb replacement, because lights are currently not working.
The lights are not that old (2 seasons?) - they worked and then they didn't.
I don't have the know-how or patience to figure out that fix. I do see there is a fuse box in them. And I see the bulbs are removable/replaceable.
The string is NOT tangled, it just looks like it is in the pic!
Free to someone who is handy and can work fuse magic on them!
