I want to write comments on social media sites for pay (New York City)

I frequently comment on social media sites and discussion threads - but I do it for free. I am a good writer and can provide convincing arguments (I've worked in advertising and public relations as a writer).
I would like to be paid for writing comments - but I have no idea how to start. How do I break into this field? I'm open to any suggestions.
