Do you live in an apartment, have an office, or are staying in a hotel that overlooks the 9/11 memorial?

I am a photographer looking to get some images of the Perelman Performing Arts Center which is located right by the North Tower fountain. For 2hrs of time to shoot from your viewpoint I can offer $200 cash on the day. It will be me and my assistant.
