Fund a Job, Change a Life – Partner With Pathway To Pay (Financial District)

Pathway To Pay is a workforce program serving New Yorkers coming from shelters, foster care, re-entry, and unstable housing. Our participants are ready to work, but often lack the basics: transportation, tools, work clothes, and a real employer willing to give them a consistent schedule.
We remove those barriers and place people into guaranteed, recurring paid shifts in cleaning, assembly, moving, and light warehouse work, while providing coaching so they can keep those jobs and build stable income.
How your support becomes real impact
Your contribution doesn’t disappear into overhead, it directly funds:
• Paid work shifts for someone leaving a shelter
• OMNY transit so a participant can get to the job
• Work supplies, uniforms, and safety equipment
• Coaching to help participants keep placements
• Emergency support to prevent job loss

• Participants placed into paid work
• Weekly hours and income earned
• Job retention at 30/60/90 days
• Housing stability progress
• Number of people supported with tools & transit

Sponsorship Examples
• $75 – funds one day of paid work
• $300 – supports a week of income
• $1,200 – launches one participant for a month
• $5,000 – funds a 5-person cohort with coaching
We are building a model where people don’t just receive help, they earn real income, rebuild confidence, and move toward stable housing.
