• steps from Union Square

• laundry in the bldg

• business class wireless internet (included in rent)

• Near NYU, New School, Stern, Cardozo, Parsons


Rates for one person:

Full Month: $2650 included utilities (1st and 1 month security rent due at signing)
Week: $840 week (plus security deposit)
Daily/Nightly: $125 a night (2 night minimum plus security deposit) - additional person - $75 a night
