I will be away for the Thanksgiving weekend so tenant will have the entire apartment. I normally rent out a LARGE SPACIOUS FURNISHED room (18'X14') with a big window and balcony overlooking Riverside Park and the Hudson River. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS in Living Rm and Bedroom. Would prefer ONE PERSON but OK if TWO. Better than any hotel or Airbnb. Cheaper, view, very clean!
On Upper West Side so easy to get to Thanksgiving Day Parade which starts on the UWS.
Towels and linens provided.
It's a lovely pre-war DOORMAN/ELEVATOR building, very well maintained, with an elegant lobby in a great safe neighborhood.
The room to sleep in has sparse lovely decor (like a hotel room!) with a Queen size bed, dresser, desk. Wifi, A/C, Cable TV.
First picture, your balcony. Other pictures are of your space, your view, and the shared kitchen and bathroom.
Very accessible for transportation -- local and express subway nearby (2 stops to Times Square) and crosstown bus for East Side.
