We are a high-end Painting & Restoration company seeking an experienced Painting & Plaster Foreman to lead crews on premium residential and select commercial projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who takes ownership of quality, schedule, and team performance.
This position is not suited for individuals who require close supervision. We are looking for a foreman who can lead independently, communicate clearly, and consistently deliver top-tier results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Lead painting and plaster crews in the field
*Perform and oversee:
*High-quality interior and exterior painting
*Plaster repair, patching, skim coating, and prep
*Fine-finish and restoration work
*Establish daily production and quality goals
*Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
*Coordinate with Project Managers and clients as needed
*Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members
*Ensure work meets company standards and project timelines
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
*Proven experience as a Painting and/or Plaster Foreman
*Strong working knowledge of:
*Surface preparation methods
*Paint systems and coatings
*Plaster repair and finishing techniques
*Ability to lead crews and enforce expectations
*Reliable transportation
*Professional appearance and conduct
*Valid U.S. work authorization / Social Security number required
*English required (Spanish a plus)
