Looking for someone to conduct environmental inspections. Lead and Asbestos. We are looking for someone trustworthy and organized. Must communicate clearly in English, verbally and through emails. Will need to assist in office administrative work sometimes. Schedule is 8am - 5pm. Must be able to work independently and as part of the team. Most importantly, looking for someone with a good attitude and able to handle a lot of details on multiple projects at 1 time.
Must be able to carry equipment to job sites, 40 pounds on average.
Licenses preferred:
Current EPA Lead license as an inspector / risk assessor
Asbestos Inspector
Asbestos Investigator ***
Willing to train the right candidate. If no current license, then BA degree is needed.
