About the Role
We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team in-house. You won't just "post"—you will own our brand voice, manage campaigns from concept to execution, and turn followers into active brand advocates.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop a 90-day content framework tied to our business objectives and seasonal trends.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality short-form vertical videos (Reels/TikTok) with hooks that capture attention in the first 3 seconds.
Campaign Management: Execute both organic and paid social media campaigns (PPC), optimizing for reach and conversion.
Community Engagement: Actively manage public conversations, responding to comments and DMs to foster a genuine brand community.
Analytics & SEO: Use platform data to optimize posting times and messaging. Implement "Social SEO" by writing keyword-rich captions to improve discoverability.
AI Integration: Effectively use AI tools for ideation and drafting while maintaining a strictly human and authentic brand voice.
What You Bring
Proven Experience: A portfolio of successful social campaigns (organic or paid).
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere) and social management tools (Asana, Hootsuite, or similar).
Creative Judgment: The ability to identify viral trends early and adapt them to our brand's unique style.
Cultural Insight: A deep understanding of audience behavior and the "why" behind the data.
