Deck (1): Joker having a Hei Tiki image; Ace of Spades having a medallion stating "MADE at TOYTOWN STRONG & READY LTD AUCKLAND; Back of each card having three, decorated Maori HOE's/canoe paddles and two rows of decorations; The box states "Art of the MAORI Hoe or Maori canoe paddles were usually about five feet long. Some were painted or carved. and these were used by the fugleman to mark time to the canoe chants"; Bottom of box states: "Plastic Finish"; Both sides of box show two standing Maori ancestor figures.
Deck (2): Joker having a Hei Tiki image; Ace of Spades having a medallion stating "MADE at TOYTOWN STRONG & READY LTD AUCKLAND"; Back of each card having a Maori gable mask and two rows of decoration; The box states "Art of the MAORI Carved face of a guardian deity taken from the centerpost above the door Hotunui, the preserved Maori meeting house in the Auckland Memorial War Museum. Note the eyes are cast down as if to watch over the occupants"; Box having a Maori gable mask and two rows of decorations: Bottom of box states: "Plastic Finish"; Both sides of box show two standing Maori ancestor figures. Cards: 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches 8.89 cm. x 6.35 cm.
Both decks in excellent condition. Appear to be never played with
