When I received the chess board, it came with an incomplete set pieces so I purchased a nice set of wooden pieces that are the correct size for the board. Then I purchased a Queen Ann table for the chess set to sit on. It looks nice but my eyes were wider than my apartment and I really don’t have room for it.
Chess Pieces: Weighted Wood full set + incomplete set unknown composition. Height of King: 4 ¼”
Chess Board: 18 X 18, with two drawers. Top of the board sits 5” off the table it sits on.
Queen Ann Table” 28” Wide, 26” Deep, 29 “ High, Mahogany, drawer with skeleton key. The Queen Ann table appears to be a reproduction and I don’t know its age. Drawers are tung and grove. Legs are graceful cabriole. It’s a respectable piece of furniture.
