This is a wonderful stylish modern lamp. The style is mid-century but I don't believe it is that old. Very cool design. Great shape. Works fine. Approx. 27" tall. To be honest, I'm not really sure what makes a lamp a "ginger" lamp. All I can say is that with the right lampshade this beauty will rock your home! I'm not sure where mom bought this lamp, but the $699 price tag is still on it. A steal at $200, highway robbery at $125! Yours for the price of a cup of coffee! $100!!!
