--This laptop is in used condition, but still working, and has no cracks, scratches, etc. See pictures for full details of the laptop.
--The left CTRL key is cracked in the middle, but still in place on the keyboard and usable. See close-up picture for detail.
--It has crashed a few times lately, but I'm a photographer, so have been using high-functioning photo and video editing software, and needed to get a higher model. So, I cannot speak for why it was crashing, but I have also not had an IT person assess.
