Built this myself in the spring of 2024, all new parts and assembled myself. Have used it on and off since I built it and has worked flawlessly, just have not ended up playing as many games as I thought I would and prefer using a mac for work. Ran pretty much everything I threw at it on the highest settings possible. All the parts are in more or less perfect condition. Never overclocked or really pushed the thing that hard and obviously have only owned it for a year and a half. If you have any questions or want more photos I'm willing to provide them just reach out.
Cost: In spring 2024 all the parts were probably $1400-1500 new. PCpartpicker gives current lowest cost of all parts as $1300 new combined. I figure given it's used but in excellent condition and already assembled $1250 is a good starting point, but I'm willing to negotiate within reason.
