I'm moving out early, and looking for someone to sublet my spacious one-bed / one-bath apartment in Washington Heights through the end of my lease, 3/15/2026. The apartment will be available starting 12/15/2025, and will be unfurnished for the duration of the sublet.
Rent is $2,300/month, which includes electricity, gas, and Verizon Fios. The unit has a gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
It's on the third floor of a fully accessible elevator building with laundry in the basement. It's a 4 minute walk to either the 1 or the C train.
Requirements to move in: 1 month rent + 1 month deposit (to be returned in full).
