My 1,000sq ft duplex in Two Bridges/LES will be available for a guest September 13th to 19th (or 20th).
The apartment is a very spacious: 2 bed, with a 3rd bed that is turned into a walk in closet + 1 full bath w/ floor to ceiling glass shower, and 1 half bath downstairs. The whole space features wood flooring and high ceilings (~12ft), and nice colorful furniture.
Cost is $1850/week + $400 refundable security (price includes professional cleaning before/after your stay)
Dates are a tiny bit flexible within the 9/12 to 9/20 range.
Priority will be given to guests staying a full week. Shorter stays are not negotiable.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed with Saatva mattress and pristine bedding, downstairs bedroom is used as an office/ guest room, and has a BoConcept single-size pull out and an air mattress (if desired), plus lots of luxe bedding. There is an air conditioner and a Dyson cooling/purifying fan available to use, as well as a desktop monitor.
It is a 1st floor apartment, located across from LES skatepark. Location is super convenient: F-train is 5 minutes away, Golden Diner is half a block away, Dimes square is 5-7 minutes away (walking). South Street Seaport and Soho are within walking distance, and it's 3 blocks from the East River.
I am looking for someone very respectful who will care for and enjoy the place. Please email for more information, if you're serious I will ask to do a video call, and will prioritize guests who can provide a letter of recommendation from their landlord or Airbnb reviews, etc.
