Furnished bright bedroom with a private half bath in spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Hudson Heights. There is an eat-in kitchen. Preferred renter would work or study outside at least part time, as I work in the living room. I am a writer and would like a well-mannered, discreet person who respects my privacy. This is a quiet, tree-lined street. Fort Tryon Park is a 10 minute walk away.
