I’m trying to sublet my studio on Central Park South last minute September 1st-May 1st. It’s right across the street from Central Park, and right next to Columbus Circle next to Time Warner -huge shopping center and a Whole Foods- and conveniently next to the Columbus Circle major subway stop (1,A,C,B.D and yellow line one block away).
I have a beautiful view of Central Park and on the 20th floor we have a massive gorgeous terrace that overlooks the park and is perfect for outings and small gatherings. There’s a massive laundry room downstairs. Doorman building.
I’m just listing/trying to sublet this last minute due to an urgent personal situation. I just managed to take a leave from my work.
This will probably need to get approved by my landlords. The 4200$ includes the rent and utilities. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if this is a good fit.
