A furnished bedroom is available in my two-bedroom apartment for short-term rental in Roosevelt Island.
The price includes electricity, heat, wifi, gas stove, use of kitchen equipment. Laundry is in the building but not free, and there is a wash/fold plus drycleaning place right across the street.
