This apartment is a serious gem in the best neighborhood in the city.
Also possibly open to full apartment sublet situation from January 1-April 1st with flexibility to start earlier or end earlier.

Your room is the bigger room with an infrared sauna and a piano keyboard and powerful AC and heat and an amazing mattress.
You are ideally:
- exceptionally clean
- financially responsible
- have references
- do not cook much
- willing to maintain normal noise levels
- are trustworthy with things in the apartment (security will be required to cover potential damages)
- must be willing to water the plants if I am gone
- must understand this is a discreet sublet (meaning you have a sublease not an official lease with the building -- I have a contract sublets sign and notarize)
Absolutely no pets, smoking of any kind inside, parties, guests without permission (genuine significant others ok if discussed in advance, just have to manage flow of people in and out is all), absolutely no drugs.
Looking for someone extremely responsible who pays bill on time and in full, with a steady job or personal wealth verified and who needs a place for a few nights a week to avoid commuting or for when needs to visit the city, and someone who doesnt have too much stuff.
Rent for roommate:
Part-time (2-3 nights a week): 1800/mo
Full-time: 2000/ mo
Shared cost of utilities and electric (usually averages 200-300/month for internet and electric, heat or AC)
(the reason is that having someone here full time is I work from home so a full time roommate hinders my productivity so I would rather have someone part time, someone full time has to pay more than half my rent to make up for the loss of productivity and use of the space)
Sublet costs for the full place:

1200/weekly
200/nightly (minimum 3 night stay)
Security:
Security required of 1K for either roommate or sublet situation, is returned if there are no damages within 30 days minus cleaning costs.
