I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a fully furnished flex wall room in a shared apartment. Move in is available as soon as possible, and the lease runs through June.
The apartment has two male roommates, both who work from home and go into the office. The building also has a doorman.
The room comes fully furnished and includes a bed with a storage bed frame featuring built in drawers underneath, a desk, curtains, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The apartment offers two closets, plus one standing wardrobe for extra storage.
