Hi everyone! I’m subletting my fourth-floor walkup studio on 9th Ave & 56th Street. It’s about 350 sq ft—compact but super efficient and in a super convenient location. Perfect for someone who’s pretty low-maintenance and looking for a well-located place to crash while in NYC. Also flexible on dates if necessary, but I'll be out of the country from October 22 through November 13 so generally looking for sometime within this timeframe at $650/week.

The apartment has hardwood floors, a full bathroom with a tub, and a stand-up desk to work from home. There’s a kitchen (with stove, microwave, and fridge), and laundry is just a few blocks away.

You’ll be steps from Central Park, Columbus Circle, the A/C/B/D/1 trains, and tons of great restaurants and bodegas. Price includes utilities (water, electricity, WiFi), so the total comes in a little cheaper than the actual monthly payment.

The building unfortunately doesn’t allow pets. Please feel free to reach out with any questions! Pretty flexible to show the space whenever via FT/video call, etc.
