I am looking for someone to move in December/January for a 4 month sublease (January through April) with an option to renew if you are interested. Move-in date is TBD as my current roommate is moving internationally. There's a chance the room would be available in Mid-Late December.
The room in question is massive (could easily fit a Queen/King-Size Bed, small couch, desk/bookshelf, etc.). You would have your own private master bathroom and a walk-in closet as well.
The unit has a washer/dryer and a balcony. Appliance wise, we have a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stainless steel refrigerator, air fryer/toaster combo and a Keurig Coffee Maker. There is a shared coat closet and a pantry. The common areas (living room & kitchen) are furnished.
The building was built in 2012 and has a key-fab entry system with an elevator. We are on the 6th floor. There is a shared roof deck on the 8th floor, including seating and a grill.
About me...I'm a gay man in his 40s, working in the music industry. I work from home most days (M-F). The apartment is perfect for a work-from-home setup, but also makes for a great spot to chill and un-wind after a long day at the office. There's tons of bars, restaurants in the neighborhood, and it's about a 10 minute walk from Central Park. There's also a grocery store right downstairs and the 103rd Street 6 Train Stop is half a block away.
