I am subletting my fully furnished Upper West Side studio from September 1. The studio is in a prime location facing Riverside Park and near plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. The studio is on a quiet, tree-lined street near the 1 train (79th street) and M5 bus.
The apartment has a full bed, ample storage (closet, under-bed, bedside table), and a desk for working. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment and kitchenware, including baking dishes, plates, cups, cutlery, and a toaster.
You must be a clean, responsible adult. No smoking and no pets. One month's security deposit plus one month's rent due at move-in. More photos available on request.
