My husband and I are subletting our lovely, bright, clean, furnished studio located in East Village, close to Tompkins Sq Park.

-- $2200 a month or $2500 total from Dec 16th, 2025, to Jan 22nd, 2026, utilities and wi-fi included. Great for couples.
--Perfect for people who are coming to work/study during the winter.
--Fully furnished and cozy. Full-size bed and sofa bed (both comfortable for sleeping)
--The apartment is quiet (no street noise)
-- Neighborhood has a lot of great restaurants (Japanese, Indian, Macrobiotic, Mexican, Thai, Italian...), coffee shops, organic (and regular) groceries, and supermarkets, weekly farmers' markets, family businesses, and misc shops, and a great spirit of community and self-invention. The nightlife is also very interesting.
-- Laundry is around the corner.
--It's a safe, family-oriented neighborhood and the building too, with a lot of young students, professionals, and artists moving in.
--Close to F, 6, W, R and if you walk a little bit more you'll get to Union Square and N,Q,R,W,4,5,6, L
--Sorry, no pets (I like animals, but it's just not feasible)
