Hi, I am looking for sublease my room. you have to to share my awesome apartment with 2 other female room mates beginning December 10, 2025. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, it has an elevator. its a 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. Its the master bedroom with lots of natural sunlight. The master bedroom has its own personal private bathroom
The apartment is in an amazing luxury building in a great neighborhood on the upper east side - with literally every amenity one could want...and then some! These include (but are not limited to):
- Tons of Doormen
- Subway station just steps outside the building on our corner!
- Incredible Maintenance (i.e. if a lightbulb goes out it's usually fixed within the hour)
- Dry-cleaner and 24 hour laundry rooms in the building
- Package room and email system alerting you of mail's arrival
- 24 hour garage with hourly car-rentals in the building
- Chase ATM in the lobby + 2 other major banks within 1 block
- Large medical office in the building, which takes most major insurances
