I am looking for someone to takeover my lease in Harlem between Jan 15th - 31st. Lease will go through 10/31/26.

It’s a King sized 1 bedroom 1 bath on W 138th and Frederick Douglas, with walk in closet. 2nd floor walk up unit. Central cooling and heating. Laundromat is right across the street.

Application fee is $20, rent is $2550 a month. Must make 40x the rent or apply with a guarantor or a great 401K with close to 40x income.
