I need to travel for a few months for work, so am leasing my one bedroom apartment on UES for 3 months. Moving in on Nov 1st. It's on 78th Street, between York Ave and East River road, with the view of the river from both living room and bedroom.

The rent is $2950 per month, one month deposit, (pay month by month) - everything included (utility internet etc.). No fee.

Please no broker.

Moving out date is relatively flexible, the 3 - month term can be shortened or extended.

One bedroom and one living room, one bathroom with shower, One full kitchen with a kitchen bar to seat two people, two closets - one large closet in the bedroom and another in the hallway. There is no laundry room in the apartment but available in the building itself downstairs.

The apartment is fully furnished, all furniture as exactly shown in the pictures. Because of allergy to pet's hair, no pet please.

You need to walk up a few stairs as the build has no elevator.
